Will callers know they're talking to AI?

Maya sounds natural and answers with your business name, so most callers simply feel like they reached your office. She's straightforward and helpful — the goal is a smooth experience that gets you the lead, not a gimmick.

Do I have to get a new phone number?

No. You keep the number you already advertise. We set up simple call forwarding so Maya only answers when you can't — your phone always rings first.

What happens when I do answer?

Nothing changes. If you pick up, you handle the call like always. Maya only steps in when the call would have gone to voicemail — when you're busy, away, or it's after hours.

How fast do I get the lead?

Seconds after the call ends. You get a push notification and an email, and the lead appears in your inbox app with one-tap call, text, and directions.

How will I be notified of a new lead?

How long does setup take?

Usually minutes. We provision your Maya number and tune her to your business, then you tap one button to turn on call forwarding and make a quick test call. No hardware, nothing to install.

What does Maya ask callers?

The things you actually need: their name and callback number, the service address, what they need done, and whether they're a new or existing customer. You also get a plain-English summary of the whole call.

What about spam and robocalls?

They're filtered into a quiet separate tab so your inbox stays full of real jobs. Nothing is deleted — if something gets misfiled, it's one tap to recover.

Is there a contract?

What if I go over my included minutes?

You're notified at 80% of your plan, and additional minutes are billed at $0.75/min. Your service never goes dark mid-month — busy is a good problem, and we don't punish you for it.
