These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dispatch AI service provided by Dispatch AI, LLC (“Provider,” “we,” “us”). By signing up for or using the service, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
Dispatch AI provides an AI receptionist that answers your forwarded calls as your business, collects each caller’s name, callback number, and request, and delivers the resulting lead to your Dispatch AI app, with a push notification and an email. You keep your existing phone number; calls are answered only when forwarded to the Dispatch AI number.

Minutes used beyond your monthly allowance are billed as overage at the then-current per-minute rate, or accommodated by upgrading to the Pro plan. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
By signing up, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your provided payment method for: (a) the one-time setup fee before activation; (b) your selected monthly plan fee, in advance, on the same calendar day each month; and (c) the Get Found Online package once, at signup, if selected. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
Service is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Either party may cancel by providing at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund fees already paid.
You agree to: (a) forward your calls to the assigned Dispatch AI number when you want the service to answer; (b) provide accurate and current business information used by the AI receptionist; and (c) use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable telemarketing, calling, and consumer-protection laws.
We provide the service on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis. The service depends on third-party telephony, AI, and internet networks outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, jobs, or revenue, or uninterrupted or error-free service. The AI receptionist is not a live human and is not intended to handle emergencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for missed, dropped, or mishandled calls caused by carrier, network, device, or third-party failures.
We process caller information solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for your own handling of the lead data you receive and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your use of that data.
We may update the service or these Terms on reasonable notice; continued use after an update means you accept the change. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding their subject matter. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
